Alliance Insurance Agency Services Inc., was founded in 1988 by Manuel
DePascual and has remained a locally owned and operated agency. Today, Alliance is one of the leading independent insurance agencies in the New Orleans Area. With a large staff of
experienced agents and office personnel to serve you, Alliance continues to grow thanks to a continuing commitment of excellent service for each and every client.
Manuel DePascual, President,
is very active with the numerous insurance industry affiliates. He serves as a board member for the Louisiana Patients Compensation Fund Oversight Board, and is the chair for the
Department of Insurance Property and Casualty Advisory. He has formally served as President for the Independent Insurance Agents of Greater New Orleans, Professional Insurance Agents of New Orleans and the
Professional Insurance Agents of Louisiana. He is a former board member of the Louisiana Property & Casualty Insurance Commission and a past member of Goodwill Industries of Southeast Louisiana. Manuel
serves on several insurance company advisory committees and is still very actively involved with Professional Insurance Agents of Louisiana.

Sandy Dauzat, Personal Line Manager & Advisor - Joined the agency in 1989. Sandy excels in sales and
maintaining long term client relationships. She has a deep wealth of knowledge based on her many years of experience in the industry.
Diana Schehr, CISR, Personal Lines Advisor
- Joined the agency in 2007. Received her CISR designation in 2010. Dee specializes in affluent accounts and has an impressive understanding of coverage which is
maintained through constant continuing education. She excels in client relationships and serves as a superb liaison between the clients and companies when issues arise.
Allison Hartdegen, CISR, CPIA, Personal Lines Advisor
- Joined the agency in 2009. Received her CISR designation in 2010 and her CPIA designation in 2013. Allison excels at prompt and efficient quoting and
customer service with a focus on affluent clients. She has developed working relationships with many local realtors and lenders to create referral opportunities and agency growth.
Paula Newman, Personal Lines Advisor - Joined the agency in 2007. Paula excels in sales and has excellent
customer service skills which she uses to develop client relationships. She continues to improve upon her skills with continuing education and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
Marina Duskin, Personal Lines Advisor
- Joined the agency in 2012. Marina has many years of experience in administrative service and excels in customer service throughout her everyday interactions. She is
dedicated to sales and sharing her knowledge with clients.
Dana Sanders, Personal Lines Advisor - Joined the agency in 2001. Dana excels in customer relations and
guides our clients through their renewal process by ensuring that renewal offers are available, and any outstanding underwriting issues are addressed. She assists customers with escrow issues and any changes
that need to be made to make sure that all the necessary paperwork is submitted for renewal.

Brenda Hunter - Commercial Lines Manager - Joined the agency in 2004. Brenda brings 30 years of
experience from various agencies both large and small. She has vast knowledge of coverage and is skilled in placing and servicing coverage in all aspects of your commercial needs.
Lindsay Wait - Commercial Lines Assistant
- Joined the agency in July of 2006. Lindsay is a skilled customer service representative. She is fast and efficient in assisting customers with all of their renewal and policy processing needs.

Joseph W. Hollier, IV - P&C Agent - Joined the agency in January 2008. Licensed P&C agent since 2006. Completed the Travelers Commercial Producer School on June 2013.
Robert E. Ruel - L&H; P&C Agent
- Joined the agency in January 2007. Life & Health agent since 1999. Licensed P&C agent since 2006.
Sean Hillis, Personal Lines Producer
- Joined the agency in 2002. Sean excels in building working relationships through business and personal connections from his golf career and is able to translate these
relationships into key opportunities not only for the agency but also for our clients.
Dianne E Gibson - P&C Agent, Northshore Office - Began her career in the insurance industry in 1979
working for a Surplus Lines Broker. In 1985 she transitioned to sales working for local independent agencies,
which gave her the experience to start her own agency, Orleans Insurance in 2007. She obtained her CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation in 1992 and continues with annual advanced education and
training. Dianne holds a license in both Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
In 2012 she obtained her CPIA designation (Certified Professional Insurance Agent) and is an instructor for
the CPIA classes in Louisiana. She is the Past President of the Northshore Chapter of PIA and serves as a Director on the PIA State Board. Dianne merged her Orleans Insurance Agency business with Alliance
Insurance Agency in 2013.
Meet Our Office Staff
Michelle St. Martin - Office Manager/Agent - Joined the agency in November of 2000 as an assist to
Commercial and Personal Lines. She was quickly promoted to Personal Lines CSR and then to Office Manager in 2006. She is responsible for all management system upgrades as well as Company upgrades.
Linda DePascual - Account Department - Joined the agency in September of 2003 as a Commercial Lines Assitant and Accounting backup. She was promoted to Accounting Department Manager in 2004.
